Delete Your Account or Data

Rally — last updated 12 August 2026

What this involves depends on which of the two you are, because most people using Rally never create an account at all.

If you use Rally to play

You have no account. Rally identifies your device with an anonymous identifier created automatically when you open the app. It is not connected to your name, email address, or phone number, and it is not shown anywhere.

Between the nightly clear and deleting the app, nothing identifiable remains. If you would still like us to confirm that, email the address below — though be aware that because the identifier is anonymous, we have no way to connect it to you in order to look it up.

If you are a facility administrator

You do have an account: an email address and password, used to reach the admin panel for your facility.

In the app, which is immediate and needs no request: open the admin panel, scroll to the bottom, and choose Delete My Account. You will be asked to confirm, and it happens straight away.

Or by email, if you can no longer sign in. Write to butlerdevstudio@gmail.com from the address the account uses, with "Delete my Rally admin account" as the subject. Sending from that address is how we confirm the request is yours.

What is deletedWhen
Your sign-in account, including the email address and password Within 30 days, usually much sooner
Your address on your facility's administrator list Same
The notification token for any device you signed in on Same

You will lose administrator access at that facility. Reservations and settings you created belong to the facility rather than to you, so they stay — another administrator can change them.

What is kept, and why

Nothing that identifies a player outlives the nightly clear. Records of free-agent matches are deleted after two days; they exist only to raise the in-app alert. We keep no backups of queue data and no analytics.
